Here at Develop Wellness, your goals on your wellness journey are our goals. We help facilitate embodied wellness through the combination of massage and coaching.

Wellness Vision


 A vision is the ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom. We recognize that discomfort is the way your body communicates to you about its needs. It's so easy to fall in to the habits of not listening to our bodies, especially in today's fast-paced world. We will help you get to the root of what you are needing and wanting, whether that is symptom management or resolution and creating the body that feels good to live in daily.

Facilitation Plan


The first step in achieving wellness is having a desire, goal, or vision for one's own personal wellness. Our mission is to learn what those goals or visions are and then work with our clients to help them achieve that end. We can even break the steps down to small manageable actions so that the potentially daunting goal, of living in a body that feels good, seems easier.
We will ask questions, use intake forms, and have a conversation to help establish a path towards improved wellness.

Too often on a path to wellness, we get distracted, disheartened with the pace of our progress, overwhelmed or exhausted, and may want to quit. Our goal as therapists is to make sure our clients feel better. That often means offering a space of support, where a person can come to ask questions, get feedback, feel safe, and get rejuvenated or reenergized.
Part of achieving a wellness vision means having accountability, feeling motivated and held to a standard of growth or progress, let's move forward toward wellness!
